Controller

Baker has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance principally in the architectural industry. Baker directs the accounting staff and oversees the property managers’ financial functions including performing spot audits. Baker manages the cash flow for The DT Group, as well as DT Securities and related DT entities. Baker is key member of the Financial Turnaround Team (FTT). She led the audit of specific limited partnerships and developed/implemented improved internal controls across all DT’s limited partnerships. Baker has worked in the real estate industry for the past 25 years. She was the controller for Rothenberg, Sawasy Architects in Los Angeles. She was a controller for another large architectural firm in Glendale. She was most recently a senior accountant for Crown Management, a homeowner’s association management company.
